These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Woodforest Cleaning Solutions (“Woodforest Cleaning Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our website, online forms, and any related tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By booking a cleaning, requesting a quote, visiting our website, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services We Provide

Woodforest Cleaning Solutions is a local house cleaning business. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

Recurring home cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)

One-time or deep cleans

Move-in/move-out cleaning

Other residential cleaning services agreed upon in writing

The scope of each cleaning appointment (rooms, areas, add-ons, etc.) will be agreed to at the time of booking, via phone, email, or online form.


2. Booking & Scheduling

2.1 How to Book
You may book Services by phone, email, or any online booking form we provide.

2.2 Appointment Times
We do our best to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, factors such as traffic, weather, prior appointments, and other conditions may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we are running significantly behind schedule.

2.3 Recurring Services
If you schedule recurring cleanings (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly), you agree that those appointments will continue on the agreed schedule until you cancel or change them in accordance with these Terms.


3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Quotes & Estimates
Any quote or estimate we provide (by phone, email, or online) is based on the information you give us about your home and requested services. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs materially from what was described.

3.2 Rates & Changes
We reserve the right to change our rates, fees, and pricing structure at any time. If you have recurring service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes in advance.

3.3 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:

Payment is due on the day of service, either before or immediately after the cleaning is completed.

We may accept cash, card, or other payment methods as communicated to you at the time of booking.

Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of future appointments and/or late fees, where permitted by law.

3.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax or other taxes imposed by law on the Services.


4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees

4.1 Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice (or whatever notice period you choose to use). Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.2 Missed Appointments / No Access
If our team arrives at your property at the scheduled time and is unable to access the home (locked out, no one home where required, unsafe conditions, etc.), this may be treated as a same-day cancellation and a fee may be charged.

4.3 Our Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to illness, emergencies, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.


5. Access to Your Home

5.1 Keys, Codes & Entry
You are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to your home, which may include:

Being present to let our team in; and/or

Providing keys, door codes, gate codes, or other access instructions.

If you provide keys or access codes, we will take reasonable steps to safeguard them.

5.2 Alarm Systems
If you use an alarm system, please provide instructions for arming/disarming it. We are not responsible for any fees or penalties due to false alarms resulting from incorrect information or failure to provide proper instructions.


6. Pets & Household Conditions

6.1 Pets
We love pets, but for everyone’s safety:

Please secure pets that may be aggressive, anxious, or protective.

Let us know if there are any specific instructions regarding your pets.

We are not responsible for pets that escape due to doors or gates that do not close properly or other conditions outside our control.

6.2 Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions in the home are unsafe or unsanitary beyond our normal scope (e.g., biohazards, infestation, mold, etc.). Additional fees may apply if extra protective measures or cleanup are required.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Cleans

7.1 Quality of Service
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning every time. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours and describe the issue.

7.2 Re-Cleans
If a reasonable complaint is made within the time period above, we may, at our discretion:

Return to re-clean the specific area; or

Provide a partial credit toward a future cleaning.

Re-cleans or credits are not guaranteed and are considered case-by-case.


8. Breakage, Damage & Liability

8.1 Reporting Damage
If something is damaged during a cleaning, you must report it to us in writing (email is fine) as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 48 hours after the service.

8.2 Fragile & High-Value Items
Please inform us of any fragile, antique, sentimental, or high-value items. We may request that you move those items yourself or exclude them from our cleaning duties.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

8.3 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific cleaning appointment in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or emotional distress.


9. Use of Our Website & Online Tools

9.1 Website Content
All content on our website (text, images, logos, design, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Woodforest Cleaning Solutions and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our website content without our written permission.

9.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Interfere with or disrupt our website’s functionality

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our consent
